The Global Institute of Public Health (GIPH) offers structured internship opportunities to students and early-career professionals who wish to gain hands-on experience in public health research, program implementation, and policy analysis.
These internships are designed to bridge classroom learning with real-world practice, helping participants understand how public health principles are applied in diverse community, clinical, and research settings.
Interns work alongside GIPH’s multidisciplinary faculty and collaborate on ongoing national and international research projects, capacity-building initiatives, and field programs.
Purpose and Vision
The GIPH Internship Program aims to create an environment where students can engage directly with the public health system and community-based projects.
Interns learn from experienced faculty and research teams on live assignments while contributing to impactful programs in areas such as epidemiology, disease surveillance, environmental health, and health communication.
The program strengthens practical skills in data analysis, research methodology, report writing, and health advocacy.
It reflects GIPH’s mission to nurture evidence-driven, ethically grounded professionals capable of making a global impact.
