Dr. Christy is a public health professional and digital health practitioner with experience in research, programme management, healthcare administration and teaching. His multidisciplinary background in pharmacy, business administration and public health informs his work on technology-enabled approaches to stronger, more accessible health systems.
Academic Background
Dr. Christy holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, a Master of Business Administration from JSS University and an MSc in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. His education connects clinical pharmacy, healthcare management and population health.
Digital Health and Public Health Practice
Dr. Christy works across organisations as a Digital Health and Innovations Consultant. His experience includes strategic partnerships and digital public health initiatives with Dure Technologies, supporting global health programmes and partners. His work has covered national health information systems, monitoring and evaluation, disease surveillance, e-learning and digital platforms for tuberculosis programmes.
As a Digital Public Health Consultant with the Wadhwani Institute of Digital Public Health, he contributed to digital architecture work connected with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, including patient-centred service design, policy analysis and digital linkages for rural health delivery. He has also contributed to research and programmes with various digital public health organisations.
