Dr. Chitra Grace A. is a member of the State High-Power Committee for Epidemic Control constituted by the Government of Kerala to scientifically study recurring infectious disease outbreaks and recommend evidence-informed preventive and control measures. The committee brings together experts from public health, infectious diseases, One Health, and allied sectors, with responsibilities including strengthening surveillance, epidemic preparedness, inter-sectoral coordination, and prevention strategies.
